How can I withdraw or redeem all the CVP earned (and not just those that are vested) from the different LPs?
I tried claiming and redeeming but could only do that for the vested CVPs. How about the vast majority of the earned CVPs?

You can only redeem vested tokens.
That is what vesting means 
hey man, all rewards are subjected t 10 weeks vesting. In other words if you get 70 tokens now, you get 1 vested (claimable token) every day.
