Question about using xCVP ("lock" and "unlock" buttons)

I have some very general questions about using xCVP. After I stake my CVP for xCVP do I need to “lock” the tokens as well? I noticed that I need to unlock them at first but I’m not really sure what the “lock” button does for my staking? I know this is a very basic question but I just started using the platform and want to make sure I’m doing everything correctly. Hopefully there will be more new users coming onto the platform who will also see this post and be able to use it as a reference…

Lock means withdraw your CVP approve to the contract. It is better if we change the text “Lock” to “withdraw approve” to avoid misunderstandings.
