  1. What does it mean to claim? i see other accounts have claimed below, and the amounts.
    If i wait longer can i claim again? is there a cut off?
    not sure how it works

  1. you can claim your votes according to vesting schedule and use these votings in governance
  2. it indicates who claimed votes
  3. Nope. You can transfer ownership your entire stake (50k CVP) to any other address. These tokens will be still locked&vested, but now belong to a new address.
