The team is willing to consider burning unissued tokens.
It is clear that the indefinitely locked tokens contribute to a lot of confusion on exchanges about about the number of tokens outstanding and in total. What can be done about burning them forever to clean up the numbers?
Also, it is unlikely that all the tokens currently unissued will be needed, and a large proportion of them could be burned to improve the price of the remaining tokens already issued
